Card Making Challenge #12

Wow, can't believe it's time for another Card Making Challenge, LOL, well it was due on Friday 27th June!
I did get it done and entered in plenty of time though. - it's my blog posts that I am having a bit of trouble keeping up with!

This is the round 12 Sketch Layout.

and here's my card

I have used the new Stamp Set Bloom with Hope (LOL, did you know I love this set!) and Trust God.
Also my new Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive Blendabilities.......and retired ribbons which I used the new Fast Fuse adhesive on - awesome for holding the ribbon to the card stock!

Don't forget, TODAY is the last day for both the 2013-2014 Annual Catalogue and the Occasions Mini - double check that you have what you want and place your order for what you haven't now before you kick yourself tomorrow!

Thanks for looking,

Until next time, Happy Crafting....YCB

#stampingsunday - For you

For today's #stampingsunday, I used the Apothecary Art stamp set.

I've had this one in my collection for some time but admit I very rarely use it.
I found the For You saying to be a perfect size and image for what I was after.

I've made matching Gift Card holder and Post It Notes holder.

I've used the darkest Coastal Cabana Blendabilities Marker on this retired clear brad so I could have a close finish to the Pool Party card stock - I think it's come out well!

I've decided to stop the list and links to my shop of what I have used because quite frankly it takes a fair bit of time and no-one is using it, so I get no advantage from doing it except to make it easier for you to recreate what I've done and order from your own demo.

I will also over the next few months decide if I will continue with my blog or just to make postings on my Facebook page and free up some more time to craft just for me.

Thanks for looking,

Until next time, Happy Crafting....YCB

Praying for You

Here's a couple of quick Sympathy cards I made using the very very soon to be retired Midnight Muse cardstock, inks and ribbon.
Stamp set is the Thoughts & Prayers which is remaining in the new catalogue.

Hello ....

Here is a card I cased from fellow Demo Tina White.

I have used two different colour combinations, and altered each one so I have in fact four different, but similar cards.

I had to show you these before the Off The Grid stamp retired once and for all - you know I love this stamp, and this shows you another way to use it.

June Happy Mail

I love it when I get Happy Mail in the post!

Here's my swap card I received from Rebecca Willmore in England.

Now who wouldn't love getting this in the mail!

You may not be able to tell properly from the photo, but Rebecca used a gold mist shimmer on the middle insert that just makes this card shine. I just love it!!!!!

#stampingsunday - Stay Calm

For today's #stampingsunday, I have made a RAK card for a young boy doing it tough which I will post off tomorrow.

I added one of the Bookmarks I made as well - figured he could take the ribbon off if he found it too girly.

I used the Photopolymer Show & Tell 2 stamp set - this was for release for the month of May only - I got both sets and haven't played too much with them as yet.

I created my own DSP with two of the stamps and they were super easy to line up - love them!
